5. Monday trip 27/2

Power test organised by Norwegian students

Finally, again with Norwegian students! This trip was after our self organized trips, everybody was very tired. For example my group came back at 2 o’clock in the morning, so we had worried about the name of this trip called – POWER TEST.

We went to Jegesberg, where we were divided into 4 groups. My group was consist of 4 Norwegians and 2 international students.

We had to do 4 main tasks:

  1. Carry people up the hill – We had to transfer 20 people up the hill in the best time. We could change position. I was carried by someone and after I carried somebody. It was really about physical condition, because we had weaker girls in our group I had to carried boys.
  2. Build and pack a TP tent – It was teamwork and again race with time. Our disadvantage was that we have never did it. Our leader was one Norwegian guy, who has experience with it and we did a good job.
  3. Carry stones up to hill and back – We did this task on the second trip. The form was relay.
  4. Carry water – It was near the lake and our task was full a bucket by water from the lake. The distance was about 4 meters. We could use only hands and mouth. Really funny task, which I have to try with children on my summer camp! We were pretty good.

After games came time for lunch. We were talking about our experience from trips. It was really nice to heart that we weren’t alone, who had problem in group. The second part of the day started after lunch. It wasn’t so serious, but mainly fun. The first was head-hunting and after we played one type of hide and seek in Czech called “Pašerák”.

The weather was nice and I even forgot on my fatigue! I really enjoyed this day with my group, which I haven’t seen for one week – we can’t stop talking.
