Denne kunden ville ogs\u00e5 ha et nytt treningsprogram for \u00e5 bli kjent med flere \u00f8velser. Alle \u00f8velsene klarte kunden \u00e5 utf\u00f8re veldig bra, med noen sm\u00e5 justeringer av og til.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r jeg laget programmet fokuserte jeg p\u00e5 \u00e5 f\u00e5 cirka to \u00f8velser for hver muskel\/muskelgruppe med i programmet.
