Today was the last group of Norwegian students to take a Monday lesson, we hiked around the local area, Jegersberg rather than skied, which was a nice change. These lessons were good because it was different from our theory lessons, after hiking around every kilometre or so we had tasks to complete such as making a fire the fastest and two relay races. Because the weather was miserable and wet, making the fire was harder than we thought but we persevered regardless, the first relay race consisted of a fake causality and making an improvised leg sling to get up and down a hill competing against the other team. The other relay was racing on flat land carrying a person backwards and forwards which was funny, and increased our moral a little.
It was fun to talk more with the Norwegian class as we were becoming more friendly and could recognise names and faces, you could tell they were happy to have all the activities over with, and with the start of planning the next three weeks, I could understand why.
