I am a second year Sport Science & Injury Management student at York St John University UK, currently i am on a 6 month exchange programme at University of Agder Kristiansand Norway, studying Outdoor Education/Friluftsliv. Although i love playing sport at home, before i came to Norway i hadn’t taken part in many outdoor activities and i had never slept outside!
