About me

This is how I look like most of my time here in Norway. Hiking trousers from Decathlon, my precious down jacket that I had to buy here (happy I did though), backpack stuffed with food, sunglasses (in case of sunny weather), beanie, and my gloves which at this point have so many holes in them that you barely can call them gloves anymore. You don’t only see a person dressed as if ready to go on an Artic expedition, you see a person that is truly happy with walking around like this. Coming to Norway has made me even more of an outdoor person; someone who enjoys the cold, loves to camp in ‘pure baltic’ temperatures, makes campfires, hikes in deep snow, climbs up rocks, goes on cross-country skiing tours, almost freezes her toes off for the sake of watching the Northern Lights, goes swimming in mid February, and spends all of her time together with the most amazing group of people ever. Norway has made me realise the importance of being in nature, and spending time with people who share the same interest as you do. I hope that after my great Norwegian adventure, I will pursue these values, and keep on holding on to them in the future.
