Professional &#8211; look the part, be the part, know your stuff, never bluff. don&#8217;t be all the gear and no idea. Be adaptable, flexible punctual. Passionate. Empathetic &#8211; putting yourself in the other persons position.<\/p>\n<p>What are your strengths?<\/p>\n<p>Understanding of other people strengths and how group members can work together &#8211; Laissez-faire and democratic leadership are my leadership strengths.
