The last Monday Trip, organized by the Roligheden group.

Activities:

As a result of the three mandatory field trips, the Norwegian students had completed just before this Monday, only one of them showed up and the trip for the day was cancelled. There were plans to make up leeway which unfortunately never happened. It was a beautiful sunny day though, so I met up with a couple of friends at University and went for lunch by the Overe Jegersbergvann.

Let the organizing team know, if you know in advance that a major part of the group is not going to show up, so that a different date could be arranged.

Group Dynamics:

The atmosphere was tense and people blamed each other for the failed Monday trip. Thus group cohesion and overall motivation was very low that day among the group.
