How to keep you warm in your sleeping back in winter?
1 Avoid wet clothes –> dry them at the fire or with your body heat before you go sleeping
2 Try to feel warm before going into you sleeping bag –> go for a small run or go for a small skiing round … –> but do not start to sweat!!!
3 Start sleeping with as much clothes you has. If you getting warmer you take them of
4 You can make a hot water bottle in the evening. –> Keeps you warm and you have warm water in the morning to prepare your breakfast.
5 Sleep on two insolation mats one closed and not insulated, one insulated.
6 Everything what should be warm and not frozen on the next morning like your shoes keep in your sleeping bag.
