This is a website used to reflect on my experience as an exchange student in the course outdoor education at the University of Agder in Kristiansand, Norway.
A little bit about me
My name is Sædís Ósk Helgadóttir and I’m a 23 year old student from Reykjavík Iceland.
I study in the faculty of sports, leisure studies and social education in the university of Iceland.  With a focus on the informal education and recreational education.  This study is just perfect for me because i really enjoy my leisure time 🙂

I have always appreciated the nature around me. The beauty and tranquility as well as the different ways you can use the nature for your hobbies. As a scout I have been briefly introduced to different outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, climbing, abseiling, kayaking and canoeing to name a few. These introductions only made me want to do more. Learn new skills and technique in these sports as well as test and push my limits.
