Meeting at 9.15 at Spicheren

Forming the groups:
We took pictures of the last Monday and made a puzzle out of every picture. Every student got a puzzle piece and needed to find his/her fitting group. We payed attention that in every group are some international and some Norwegian students. In the end we had 4 groups with 6 students.
The task of the whole day was to collect points with different tasks and in the end the group with the most points got a present.

Tasks:
1. Crazy 88
Teambuilding activity where the students have to do tasks and take a photo or a video of it. They get for every finished task one point. A very creative way gets an extra point. We showed the groups a hut on the map, where we met 60min later. So they had the 60min to finish as much tasks of the Crazy 88 as possible on the way to the hut.
2. Parcour
Arrived at the hut every group had to do a parcour. The difficulty was that there were two persons who could not speak, two persons who could not use their legs and two person who could not see. They could also collect points with the parcour. The best team got 3 points, the second best 2, the third best 1 and the last team got no point.
3. Capture the flag
Last we wanted to play capture the flag, but everyone was very busy with talking and preparing their skiing trip for next week, so we asked the group if they rather want to use the rest of the day to prepare their trips and the most people decided to do this.

Feedback:
The people liked the day, because it was very various.
We decided to post the pictures in our facebook group, but we got some feedback, that it would be better, if we would take next time a hour at the next day and look on the pictures together, because this would improve the group cohesion as well, because it would be probably a funny thing to see.
