We are a group of international students with all different kind of backgrounds. There are Max, Julian, Jonas, Jons, Mike, Michael, Dom, Chris and me from different cities in Germany, Jill, Joey, Amy, Caitlin and Adam from the UK (unfortunately 2 had to leave us because of medical problems), Paige and Adrian from the States (Nebraska, South Carolina), Saedis from Iceland, Line from Denmark, Martynas from Lithuania and Martin from Tschqeue  Republic. Most of us are studying some kind of Sport Science back home. Also the level of outdoor skills and experience varies a lot. Some had never stood on skis before and some are quite good skiers. Also that some had worked with groups as a leader before and some haven’t been working like that before. Maybe a reason of that is also the range of age. Between 19 and 25 we have everything. There are 6 girls and 14 boys. So all in all we are a quite heterogeneous groups, which makes it sometimes more difficult, but also more interesting. Everyone is really openminded and interested, so the trips had also been really special and funny so far. Let’s see what the other trips will bring 🙂
