Turned out that cold showers (that I take each morning) only<span style=\"color: #333333;font-style: normal;line-height: 27.0833339691162px\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-style: normal;line-height: 27.0833339691162px\">helped<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-style: normal;line-height: 27.0833339691162px\">\u00a0<\/span>against runny nose but not from notorious viruses. Headaches got worst on Monday and body temperature raised to fight the virus. I took medicine that evening so I could attend tomorrows classes but the medicine only relieved the symptoms for half a day and then came back even worse &#8211; my lungs were staring to get effected.<\/p>\n<p>So yeah, that is my excuse for not attending student organised &#8220;Monday&#8221; trip on Wednesday. That&#8217;s actually a shame because I love Monday trips but this trip involved running and I wasn&#8217;t fit for it that day heavy breathing in a cold air wasn&#8217;t the best option. Despite this I needed to recover before the trip to Hovden with Jochen, Stephen, Roman and Petr. Only on Monday I felt reasonably well.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-style: normal;line-height: 27.0833339691162px\">I shouldn&#8217;t have taken the symptom relieving medicine in the first place, because it only opened a way for illness to spread without resistance &#8211; I should have let my body fight it naturally and I would have got well in three days, now it took a whole long and boring week&#8230; \ud83d\ude41<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To my surprise on Sunday of February 15th I felt first symptoms of a flu that I probably caught from my roommates.
