Antallet repetisjoner, samt intensiteten, er vesentlig lavere her, enn i tilfellet med kunde A. Dette fordi de har helt forskjellige m\u00e5l med treningen. Har her mer fokus p\u00e5 overskudd, og restitusjonstiden i \u00f8ktene er ikke like n\u00f8ye, men mer fokus p\u00e5 prestasjon. La ogs\u00e5 inn en isolerende \u00f8velse (flyes)\u00a0 hvor belastningen var mye lettere. Dette fordi det ikke anbefales \u00e5 trene denne \u00f8velsen med tunge vekter.
