Forrige \u00f8kt var p\u00e5 overkropp, s\u00e5 jeg vil ogs\u00e5 introdusere henne for de mest relevante og effektive \u00f8velsene for underkropp. Vet hun har v\u00e6rt borti markl\u00f8ft og kneb\u00f8y for lenge siden, men i og med at dette er teknisk krevende \u00f8velser, vil jeg regne med en del tid p\u00e5 teknikk her. Har derfor tatt en \u00f8velse mindre enn forrige \u00f8kt. Veldig lett kunde \u00e5 ha. Trengte som antatt p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd, mye tid p\u00e5 den tekniske delen av base\u00f8velsene. Forklarte henne at disse \u00f8velsene er sv\u00e6rt viktige, fordi de trener s\u00e5pass store deler av kroppen samtidig, derfor burde hun prioritere disse. Hun er sm\u00e5barnsmor, s\u00e5 det er ikke alltid hun kan trene s\u00e5 lenge om gangen. Fikk inntrykk av at hun er veldig sterk i kjernemuskulaturen i form av buk og rygg i forhold til hva hun er i resten. Tror dette kommer av tidligere trening. Synes dette er positivt, i og med at det blir mindre skaderisiko, n\u00e5r hun skal trene litt mer belastende.
