F\u00f8rst og fremst fordi jeg vil pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 teste ut &laquo;superset&raquo; i \u00f8kta. Dette fordi jeg vil demonstrere for kunden at det g\u00e5r an \u00e5 trene bra og mye, uten at det tar s\u00e5 lang tid. Hovedfokuset i \u00f8kta vil ligge p\u00e5 baksiden. Kombinerer overkropp og underkropp. Legger sammen to \u00f8velser, hvor en hovedsakelig jobber dynamisk p\u00e5 \u00f8vre del av rygg, i form av latisimus dorsi. Markl\u00f8ft aktiverer ogs\u00e5 noen av de samme musklene som sittende roing, men heller i form av statisk arbeid. Mener derfor det ikke skal bli noe problem, eller overbelastning \u00e5 ha disse to i samme superset. Har satt av 1 og et halvt minutt pause, men vil ikke v\u00e6re super streng p\u00e5 dette. Kunden likte veldig godt denne m\u00e5ten \u00e5 trene p\u00e5. Ideelt sett\u00a0skal det kanskje v\u00e6re enda st\u00f8rre\u00a0forskjell p\u00e5 de to \u00f8velsene i super settet, men det virket ikke \u00e5 v\u00e6re noe problem for kunden. Kj\u00f8rer fortsatt lett belastning. La p\u00e5 5 kg i markl\u00f8ft fordi det gikk veldig lett, viktig \u00e5 bevare prinsippet om progresjon.
