Kunden liker godt denne m\u00e5ten \u00e5 trene p\u00e5. M\u00e5tte fokusere litt mer p\u00e5 teknikk n\u00e5r hun tok kneb\u00f8y, hun lente seg veldig fremp\u00e5, ble derfor ikke den intensiteten jeg hadde forutsett med en gang. Det tok seg uansett opp. Hun fortsetter \u00e5 v\u00e6re veldig motivert og f\u00f8lger godt med. Fortsetter \u00e5 kanskje kj\u00f8re litt tyngre p\u00e5 base\u00f8velsene som benkpress og kneb\u00f8y. Mens belastningen p\u00e5 de to siste, er veldig lett og mer fokus p\u00e5 at hun skal bruke de musklene som skal jobbe, i og med at skaderisikoen ogs\u00e5 er noe st\u00f8rre her. Tidsmessig passer det bra \u00e5 ha f\u00e6rre \u00f8velser, tar av og til litt mer tid enn planlagt, men alt i alt er det nok i ei godt gjennomf\u00f8rt \u00f8kt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blir en samme type \u00f8kt som forrige.
