I am currently studying a degree in physical education and sports coaching with the hope to pursue a career in teaching. Before I returned to education I spent time travelling in Asia, where I volunteered within the local communities, and lived alongside the locals. This really help me understand different cultures and ways of like.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I have many hobbies and interests such as biking, swimming, running and surfing. I partake in theses activities for enjoyment, fitness and charity events.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I chose to attend the University of Agder for one semester to take part in the Outdoor Education course or Fruiluftsliv, because I wanted to learn about the Norwegian environment, sports, and culture. Outdoor education and pursuits are on the rise within schools in the UK and I hope the course will give me a greater understanding of the outdoors to pass on to future pupils.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">This blog is an account of my time spent in Kristiansand and contain the majority of my own understanding and what i learnt throughout the trips.
