Etter at gruppene har fått bruke litt tid på å sette seg inn i saken, lese seg opp på hva oppgaven deres innebærer og gruppa har valgt ut hvem som skal representere gruppas rolle i rettssaken setter jeg av tid til å avholde denne rettssaken.

Dette opplegget vil gjerne gå over ei uke eller to og er avhengig av at elevene er motiverte og fokuserte for oppgaven. Det er også litt tidkrevende, men jeg vil si elevene vil nå mer enn bare dette kompetansemålet.
