Det er ikke vanskelig å framstå som profesjonell, presse ut mange fine ord og faguttrykk på et jobbintervju eller en annen samtale med en rektor eller en inspektør, uten å faktisk være det. Men det handler ikke om hvor mye fint jeg klarer å si i løpet av et par minutter.

Det handler om hvordan jeg veileder elevene mine gjennom utfordrende oppgaver, ikke bare faglig men også sosialt. Hvordan jeg hjelper de til å finne sine meninger i samfunnet og drømmer for fremtiden.
