Det er mange grunner til at jeg valgte å bli lærer, men hovedgrunnen er vel at jeg alltid har likt å omgås andre mennesker. Jeg trives med å jobbe med barn og ungdom og liker å hjelpe andre. Læreryrket er krevende, men et veldig givende yrke med mange varierte oppgaver og nye utfordringer hver dag. Dette er noe som tiltaler meg og man har alltid noe å strekke seg etter!
Læreryrket er et trygt yrke og jeg tror ikke det vil bli problem å få jobb når jeg er ferdig utdannet. Det at jeg er eldre enn den gjennomsnittlige nyutdannede lærer tror jeg kan være en fordel. Jeg har mye erfaring fra yrkeslivet, egne barn og fosterbarn.
Visjoner for mitt arbeid i skolen:
Jeg ønsker at alle elever skal kjenne seg trygge, bli sett og respektert. Jeg mener det er viktig at elevene opplever mestring og får føle at de er gode i noe. En av de viktigste oppgavene en lærer har er å ruste elevene til å møte livet med god faglig og sosial kompetanse. Derfor er det viktig å få til en god tilpasset opplæring for alle elevene. Dette ser jeg som den største utfordringen min som lærer, men er noe som må jobbes aktivt med hele tiden. Ved å kartlegge elevenes evner og interesser kan man lettere tilrettelegge og kanskje bruke disse i fag eleven sliter i. Alle kan lære det gjelder for oss lærere å finne den rette metoden!
Jeg ønsker å jobbe for å ha et godt faglig og sosialt fellesskap med mine kollegaer. Dette for å kunne samarbeide om gi barna den beste undervisningen og tryggheten de fortjener. Samtidig er det viktig å ha gode kollegaer man kan støtte seg til når det stormer.

I really liked the system overall and won’t regret getting it at all. Even with the battery life situation, I’m still using the original 3DS and I hardly get 3 hours anymore. Also my system is seeing its age with lines going down the sides of the screen, a fading serial key, and a missing stylus. Also, despite the storage situation being a bit disappointing, I have a 32 gig micro SD card that I’m not using and will be slapping in my system. I’m so ready for this upgrade. I can’t wait for my Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate version. It’s so beautiful.
