Finnes det en universal oppskrift på god klasseledelse og samarbeid?

God klasse ledelse innebærer for meg at man som lærer må:

  •  Få det beste ut av eleven
  • Trofast mot jobben(lojalitet, taushetsplikt, motivasjon)
  •  Trofast mot elevene
  • Variasjon i faget og metoder
  • Man er hengitt – viser omsorg for elevene
  • Evne til å skape et positivt klima – godt klassemiljø, trygghet
  • Etablere arbeidsro
  • Motivere til arbeidsinnsats
  • Skape relasjoner til alle elevene – uansett forutsetninger

Det hjelper ikke for en lærer og kun å vite hva klasseledelse er men også vite hvordan den utøves! Det vil blant annet skje når en som lærer setter konkrete læringsmål, stiller krav og har forventninger, gir tilbakemeldinger og kommenterer, oppmuntrer elevene og velger oppgaver og aktiviteter som kan realisere målene for undervisningen(livet i skolen 1-2).

Michael Fullan(2010) sier at forutsetningen for å lykkes med å utvikle skoler som gode kunnskapsorganisasjoner, er et kontinuerlig arbeid med utvikling av lærernes og skoleledelsens felles visjoner og verdier, felles ansvar, samarbeid og gruppelæring.

Teamlæring syntes jeg er veldig viktig i samarbeid i team.  Dette innebærer at gruppen reflekterer seg frem til ny kunnskap og nye handlemåter/metoder som den enkelte ikke vil kunne utvikle på egenhånd.  Da er et veldig viktig med dialog som innebærer lytting og undersøkende refleksjon for å fremskaffe ny innsikt.

Jeg syntes at rektors innsats og delt lederskap er viktige ressurser for det profesjonelle læringsfelleskapet. Jeg tror dette vil danne trygghet, respekt og lærerne vil føle sterkt samhandlingsmønstre på alle nivå.

Jeg føler selv at det viktigste for et godt samarbeid i team er en ærlig dialog, respekt og at en føler en kontinuerlig utvikling med støtte fra kollegaer(Postholm m.fl. 2012).
