- Evne til å skape et positivt klima – godt klassemiljø, trygghet
- Etablere arbeidsro
- Motivere til arbeidsinnsats
- Skape relasjoner til alle elevene – uansett forutsetninger
Det hjelper ikke for en lærer og kun å vite hva klasseledelse er men også vite hvordan den utøves! Det vil blant annet skje når en som lærer setter konkrete læringsmål, stiller krav og har forventninger, gir tilbakemeldinger og kommenterer, oppmuntrer elevene og velger oppgaver og aktiviteter som kan realisere målene for undervisningen(livet i skolen 1-2).

Jeg føler selv at det viktigste for et godt samarbeid i team er en ærlig dialog, respekt og at en føler en kontinuerlig utvikling med støtte fra kollegaer(Postholm m.fl. 2012).
