For at jeg skal fremstå som en profesjonell lærer er det mange områder som må dekkes. Jeg må ha god klasseledelse, gode relasjoner, variasjon i undervisningen og metoder, godt samarbeid med kollegaer – elever – foreldre, mye av det jeg har nevnt i mine tidligere blogginnlegg.
Samtidig må jeg være observant på mine egne verdier, holdninger, refleksjoner og handlinger for det kan påvirke elever og kollegaer både positivt og negativt.
