Det optimale er å ha et subjekt-subjekt forhold, som er et jeg-du forhold(Bergem).
Løgstrup(1905-1981) sier at vi må ta vare på det liv som er lagt i våre hender»(fordringen/fronesis). Som en profesjonell lærer er det viktig at jeg viser skjønn, dømmekraft og intuisjon og er sensitiv. Det viktigste er at jeg opptrer uselvisk.
