For at jeg skal fremstå som en profesjonell lærer er det mange områder som må dekkes. Jeg må ha god klasseledelse, gode relasjoner, variasjon i undervisningen og metoder, godt samarbeid med kollegaer – elever – foreldre, mye av det jeg har nevnt i mine tidligere blogginnlegg.
Samtidig må jeg være observant på mine egne verdier, holdninger, refleksjoner og handlinger for det kan påvirke elever og kollegaer både positivt og negativt. Med andre ord kan dette gi konsekvenser(Bergem). Som en profesjonell lærer må jeg også være observant på hvordan relasjon jeg har til forskjellige individer, om jeg har et subjekt-subjekt forhold eller et subjekt-objekt forhold.
