This is my first time to post my blog.

The day was not quite good cause before the day of the trip was raining and the street was frozen, so it was quite difficult to walk and almost everyone slipped.

also, I fell down twice! Hahaha. After then we just met in front of the Spicheren training center with Norwegian students and International students like me. we just had a simple greeting and heading to the mountain!

The hiking course was bit slipped as well and we should have hiked carefully, we don`t want to get an injury! And I hiked with Stefan, we talked about when we are in the Military. but it’s quite similar common things we had between Korea’s Army and Switzerland’s Army. like we should wake up at 06:00 am and the daily routine was really similar! like at that time one Norwegian student came to us ask about how was the Army, He said that also he finish the Military service in Norway. It was quite shocking to me because also the Norway people have to go Army! I thought Norway is not necessary to go to the Army! As we talked about the Army, we arrived at the top of the Mountain! 

It was amazing that I could see the whole of the city! and I thought it could be hard to hiking but it wasn’t! After that we just made a fire to get warm and sitting together we ate some food that we preparing.

At that time Haron wants to speak to other Norwegian students that we had a rule that we should keep talking in English Because we were still not close to each other and Norwegian students kept talking in Norwegian that we can not understand. So He tried to say “We have a rule that we have to speak English. We have lots of nationalities and when someone speaks another language like Germany or Norwegian we can not understand” At that time I was so impressed to Him as I mean is He is like a good leader to us. He found some problems to us and He wants to try to figure it out. Like, give some tips How about we do like this, or what do you think about this? like that.

I learned about him when I want to be an instructor or Teacher I have to get this kind of abilities. Want to make together, make cheer each other up and cooperate with classmates. In this class, I learned several things that when we want to be a good instructor or teacher, You should think about positive and when we face the problem we should suggest and alternatives that we can be together and we can overcome.
