Our Monday

This Monday we are eight responsible for the daily program. We sat together 2 days before and thought about what the day structure, the place and the exercises should look like. After 2.5 hours of discussion and division, the planning was finished.

We met at 9 a.m. and set up the previously prepared posts. At 9.30 a.m. the first participants of the two classes were at the meeting point. Two of our group received them and did some warm-up exercises with them until we had fully set up the posts.

Participants must form 4 groups and can work with the participants who they want. When the groups are formed, we reclassify them by mixing them with each other. The purpose is to reshape the groups in order to get to know unknown participants better.

In the morning we had a post run with 4 posts. After that we took a break and ate the lunch.

(This for example is the electric fence.)

In the afternoon there was first a warm-up and then another post run with 4 posts.

Conclusion:

The day was very well thought out and with a few initial difficulties, very well done. The participants were clearly having fun. What struck me, however, is that a second round with new exercises might have been a bit too long. Many grew tired over time and intermediate talks took place more and more. This was crucial for us to end the day a little earlier. All in all, a successful day.
