Klasseledelse og læring i team

God klasseledelse tror jeg kan være nøkkelen som kan åpne mange porter som leder til bedre trivsel og resultater i skolen.

En god klasseleder kan ifølge Ingrid Lund bidra til god trivsel på klassenivå som igjen kan forplante seg utover og være med på å forhindre mobbing. Det kan skje gjennom tydelig og forutsigbar klasseledelse hvor en gjør elevene klar over hva som er ønsket/uønsket atferd, orden og trivselsregler, elevmedvirkning i undervisning og annet, ha god kontakt med hjemmet, evnt ta i bruk ulike tiltak på tvers av klassetrinnene.

Jeg mener en god klasseleder er en som klarer å oppnå elevenes respekt. For å oppnå det mener jeg klasselederen bør opptre overfor elevene slik han/hun vil at de skal oppføre seg tilbake, med andre ord behandle med respekt. Klasselederen bør og være trygg i faget, opptre som en voksenperson slik at elevene ikke blander om rollene, vinne tillit gjennom gode relasjoner og forståelse, se alle i klassen og være bestemt men samtidig rettferdig. Hva som definerer en god klasseleder er uendelig mye og jeg kunne fortsatt å skrevet i evigheter, men her har jeg hvertfall fått nevnt noen av de faktorene jeg mener er viktigst og litt om hvorfor.

Jeg tenker også at alle elever faktisk har rett på og lærere plikt til å være gode klasseledere ettersom opplæringsloven sier at alle elever har rett til et godt fysisk og psykososialt miljø som fremmer helse, trivsel og læring samt oppleve trygghet og sosial tilhørighet. Med andre ord alt jeg tenker kommer som en følge av god klasseledelse og muligens ikke kan skje i det hele tatt uten.

Jeg tror læring i team kan være med på å spre viktig kunnskap noen kolleger sitter inne med og kanskje ikke visste var kunnskap de hadde engang. Gjennom læring i team kan enkeltpersoner, (lærere) og grupper, (teamene) jobbe sammen om å få frem og spre kunnskap som enkeltindivider sitter inne med og på den måten gjøre hele organisasjonen(skolen) til en lærende organisasjon. Ofte kan det være lurt å legge opp til distribuert ledelse gjennom å delegere lederoppgaver til enkeltindivider eller grupper som innehar en spesiell kompetanse som kan være behjelpelig på spesifikke områder. Kunnskapen disse gruppene/enkeltindividene innehar og gjennom spesialisering på et område utvikler kan også tenkes å være med på å gjøre skolen og dens ansatte mer profesjonelle i sin yrkesutøvelse.
