Evaluation baking:
Probably used wrong type of flour by translating to Norwegian. To be sure I had the right flour I used them all. I had no measuring device and made less off all ingredients than the receipt says. For the nuts and dry fruits I bought mixed nuts which contains: apricot, cranberry, raisins, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and chocolate. I was proud of the result, It tasted good although the bread was a bit too hard. Next time I will try to use more butter to make the bread softer.
